Fire safety
Every house meets HMO fire safety standards: alarms, fire doors, and clear escape routes, all checked regularly.
Gas & electrical safety
Annual Gas Safe certificates and electrical checks on every property, with records available on request.
Deposit protection
Deposits are protected in a government-approved scheme, so your son or daughter's money is safe and returnable.
A real landlord to call
No call centre. You and your child can reach the people who actually own and manage the home.
