The opposite of a faceless letting agent
We are a local, family-run student letting company in Stoke-on-Trent. We own and look after our houses ourselves, so when you rent with us there is no agency and no one between you and the people who care for your home.
We started SHMS because renting as a student in Stoke was harder than it needed to be. Hidden fees, slow repairs, and agencies that treated students like a number. We do it the other way round.
Today we look after houses across Shelton and around Watford Street, a short walk from Staffordshire University. Every home is HMO licensed, Gas Safe certified, and comes with all bills included in one weekly price.
