The opposite of a faceless letting agent
We are a family-run student property management company in Stoke-on-Trent, with 18 years of experience looking after student homes. No big agency, no one between you and the people who genuinely care about your home.
We are selective in who we work with. We only manage a handful of landlords who are committed to keeping their properties in good condition. After 18 years in student letting, we know what students are looking for: a comfortable, relaxed place to live, with someone responsive at the end of the phone.
What we want is simple: fewer things for you to worry about. Rent, bills, repairs and the state of the house should not be what is on your mind the week before a deadline. We would rather sort all of that ourselves and let you get on with your studies.
We look after houses in Shelton and Stoke, a short walk or a short bus ride from Staffordshire University, and one in Newcastle-under-Lyme for Keele students. Every home is HMO licensed, Gas Safe certified, and comes with all bills included in one weekly price. Our contracts are clear and fair, with no legal jargon.
